| At the end of each season, you will be given advanced notice of the season ahead and will be invited to book your Fixed Package prior to new subscribers and single ticket buyers. |

| Easy Ticket Exchange Procedure |
| You can change seats up to 48 hours prior to the original performance for another performance in the 06/07 Concert Season. Exchanges are done on a ticket-for-ticket basis and any difference in price will either be charged or lost. Ticket exchanges carry a non-refundable fee of RM5 per ticket. The original tickets must be returned in person at the Box Office. |

| Complimentary Upgrades |
| You can upgrade your tickets one hour prior to the performance on selected concert nights. This benefit is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Box Office Manager. Please check the signage at the foyer area or inquire at the Box Office when you arrive. |

| Gala Opening Concert |
| Opening nights of the season is reserved exclusively for Subscribers. Subscribers will enjoy the inaugural performance of the new season in a Gala Concert by the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Principal Conductor Matthias Bamert . Tickets are limited and bookings will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
